From the age of 18, California native Janina Garraway fell in love with the real estate industry. At the early age of 20, Janina purchased her first home in Southern California & she knew she got the “bug.” She continued to purchase homes & realized she had to make it a career! Not only was Janina driven to pursue this field for her personal desires, but to help young, successful people like herself achieve the joy of home ownership. Since then, Janina has gained extensive experience in both luxury leasing management & residential sales. Besides that, Janina has closed many high end transactions all over Los Angeles for a number of entertainers & elite buyers.
